Founded in late 2015 in Sion, Board Management Systems SA specializes in designing and building applications.

    Phase 1

    First meeting

    1. Questionnaire

      Tell us the broad outlines of your ideas or project through our form: we’ll get back to you quickly to set up a meeting.

    2. First meeting

      Meet our team to explain your project in more detail and answer our questions.

    3. Initial estimate

      Following this meeting, we send you an initial quote for the design phase along with a price range for the final cost, so there are no surprises.

    Phase 2

    Designing your project

    1. Defining requirements

      We start with a business analysis of your company, then define the features of the future software, the processes behind each one and the roles of future users (administrator, registered user, visitor, etc.).

    2. Realistic mockup (wireframing)

      We create the various screens of the final application so you get a detailed, visual picture of your project.

    3. Development quote

      Once these steps are complete, we can provide a precise quote for the development phase.

    Phase 3

    Development

    1. Building an MVP

      You should be able to use your application as soon as possible and share your feedback. That’s why we deliver an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) as early as we can.

    2. Ongoing development

      Once you’ve tested the MVP, we continue development and give you access to new versions as they’re ready, so we can keep adjusting course along the way.

    3. Testing and fixes

      Part of the testing happens during development, with several types of users, to catch design flaws as early as possible. Your involvement is the key to the project’s success.

    4. Go-live

      Once a version is complete, tested and approved, we deploy it to production so you can use it in real-world conditions.
